I am personally writing to you to let you know that as of this coming June I will be relinquishing my permanent position at Dr. Jennings’ office. At this time, I need to focus more on my family and my aging parent. My mother is at the age where she will require more help from me than I will able to offer, and still give my commitment to the office and Dr. Jennings’ growing practice.
After 14 years, I leave with mixed emotions. It has been a great place to work, both with Dr. Cline and now Dr. Jennings. I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Jennings, he is a caring and committed person, dentist and boss who wants nothing more than to give his patients his very best work.
I have enjoyed getting to know each and every one of my patients. It’s bought me great joy that you have shared your life with me. I consider many of you to be a valued friend. I hope that by some small measure I have served you well.
Maggie Matavese will be taking my position. Dr. Jennings has worked with Maggie for many years in another practice. Many patients may have already met Maggie, as she has filled in over the years for both Stephanie and I. If you have not had the opportunity to meet her, I think you will find her to be friendly, experienced, and professional in caring for your hygiene needs.
I’ve appreciated your support and friendship over the years. I wish you and Dr. Jennings all the best going forward with his practice. I have offered Dr. Jennings my help if needed, on a fill-in basis whenever I’m available. I will miss our conversations and hope to still see some of you in the community.
